# \[Announcement\] Female Gamechangers Game Jam!

Hey folks!
We are super excited to announce that we will be hosting a very special game jam for **Women’s History Month** in partnership with Code Ninjas and Girls Who Code!
The theme for this jam is **Women who have impacted your life**. Your game could include a famous woman from history, someone you know personally, or even an original character you create!

This jam will run for the entire month of March, As always, we will be picking winners at the end of the jam and their games will be featured on the MakeCode Arcade homepage. You’ll also get an _exclusive_ badge for your forum account!
Additionally, if you are under 16 you can also submit your game to the [Code Ninjas site](https://forms.codeninjas.com/femalegamechangers) for a chance to be entered to win some cool prizes!

Would exploding planes or factories be ok as long as I keep it PG? (Doing a night witches game)
