Hey folks!
Sorry for the late announcement, the holidays threw off our schedule a bit. Nevertheless, it’s time for the January Mini Game Jam! The theme this time around is going to be **Cursed Games**.
…but what is a cursed game? It’s any game where the controls and gameplay seem to be actively working against you. That doesn’t mean that the game should be impossible, just incredibly frustrating. The best cursed games are games you can still win, like [QWOP](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWOP), [Getting Over It](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_Over_It_with_Bennett_Foddy), or [Desert Bus](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penn_%26_Teller's_Smoke_and_Mirrors)
Some good interpretations of this theme:
1. A platformer where the controls randomize every 10 seconds
2. A typing game where you can only select letters by rolling a 26 sided dice again and again until you get the correct letter

Get to work, you monsters!
## Rules
1. Games should be built in MakeCode Arcade
2. Games should clearly adhere to the theme without the need for any extra explanation
3. Keep the games PG: no NSFW, offensive, or excessively violent content.
4. You must be at least 9 years old to participate.
5. All games must be submitted by someone who is at least 13 years old. Younger students are welcome to participate, but it must be in partnership with an adult and with parent permission.
You have two weeks to enter! The jam will close at **11:59 PM PDT on Wednesday, January 24th 2024**
