It looks like “Booklet” is a restricted area. I think documents could be shared on Google Drive which may not be as restrictive; just an idea. But I supposed some of us are not supposed to see your vocabulary which would explain the restrictions too; or it could be that Booklet is a Microsoft system which is not considered “oversharing” but Google Drive would be oversharing; so not allowed?
