# Arcade.makecode cloud freezing

A student of mine has Makecode Arcade freeze every time he signs in. Clearing the browser cache fixes the problem until he signs in again. Moving to a fresh computer works fine until he signs in to the cloud account of makecode.

Is there any way to reset his cloud account?

The sign in to Makecode Arcade is via the organizational ActiveDomain server I think (we are a school).

Any suggestions?
