I’d make this into an actual extension if I knew how, but for now just copy the code.

Have you ever wanted to scroll text in makecode, but to lazy to do it yourself? Worry no longer, dear makecodes, for I was bored in Math! There are two kinds of scrolling text:

Not looped (like \< marquee \> in html)  
looped (Can only have 1 at a time)
