# ArfBot Arcade Game Development Competition | Makecode Arcade

Hello,

ArfBot Arcade Game Development Competition organized by TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Technology Transfer Office, GARAJ Entrepreneurship Center, Dijital Çağ Atölyesi, SAMM Technology and [ArfBot.com](http://ArfBot.com) solution partnership, is a free and open event for all children aged 8-14 in Turkey.

[Arfbot.com](http://Arfbot.com) is a kid-friendly, smart, free and secure Turkish search engine. Arfbot is powered by Google Programmable Search Engine and employs SafeSearch, with additional filters. The user enters topics in the search toolbar, and Arfbot returns and ranks its findings, and pushes child-safe content higher in its search results.

The competition requires Arfbot themed arcade game to be coded from Microsoft Makecode Arcade. Students participating in the competition should definitely make their games on Microsoft Makecode Arcade. That’s why we are communicating with you. Deadline for application; January 31, 2021. The prizes of the competition are great. We will give away six computers in two different age categories just like 8-10 and 11-14. Please view the details;
