I made one like this, but I also made it so that the mouse can move smoothly and make better lines without gaps. (press f to toggle it, a/d for cursor size, w/s for color), also, i added the ability to press ctrl + z to undo. alongside a circle tool that can be toggles with C, although ctrl z does not work well with it. here is the link:
