You can’t import MP3 or WAV files, MakeCode uses an asset known as a “Song” for soundtrack.  
If you can, grab a MIDI of your desired song and maybe use the [MIDI Convertor](https://forum.makecode.com/t/makecode-midi-converter/43881) Richard has made.
