# Background animation extension idea

i have an idea for an extension,i have no clue how to make it but i think it would be really cool and usefull as i feel the more movement on the screen the more a video game feels like a classic one and i know i mostly go on about sonic on this forum but in sonic the hedgehog the background scrolls but it also moves aswell and i think there should be an extension wich is just one of the green animation blocks but instead of loop animation on the sprite itll play that animation on the background and this background will still be able to be used with the scroller extension where it moves when the player moves forward or backwards

Do you mean a Backgound Scroller? Richard has made one.

I wish they would make it so there are like 20 layers.
