# Best board with wifi?

Hi everyone. I’m looking for a board recommendation that meets these criteria:

- makecode compatible (a proxy for ease of use to me)
- wifi
- sub-$25 ideally

Big fan of Microbit but it lacks wifi. Played a little with esp8266 but I’m finding it a pain due to the way you have to flash its firmware. Price is right though!

What are some good options to check out? Thanks
