im assuming the red thing in the warehouse is some kind of ladder but how do i climb it??? ---

Did not expect someone to return to this topic 3 years later. To answer your question, yes that ā€œred thingā€ in the warehouse is a ladder. When your sprite overlaps with the ladder, you press ā€œā€ on your keyboard or on the built-in console to climb the ladder upwards (at a rather staggering speed). ---
