you see when I was researching what ever 20x2 meant it took a exactingly long searching the answer which was just 2 minutes effectively and it said 2012 or something so I was thinking in my head if 20x2 means 2012 20x4 means 2014!  
Plus the real reason I was questioning the year this game took place I first thought of I thought of megaman’s timeline and how it takes place 20xx which was basically this century and the first game takes place in 2008 and I was thinking was there a collation to this games timeline 20x2?!? But hey that’s just a theory, A game theory, Thanks for reading!
