# Broken status bar

`Property 'value' does not exist on type 'Sprite'`  
This error just popped up this morning. Last night, it was working fine and I did not make any changes since. Anything obvious? I can also share my program, but it’s pretty big:

Reverting all changes in the editor still makes it come up.

Ah never mind fixed it depending on the order of your blocks it will change the type of your things and it was being defined as `Sprite` not as `StatusBarSprite` because of these 2 lines:

Before it was the other way around.

Technically your first code should have been fine. But yes, you found the work around we use to avoid this 🙂
