I think you could use the converter for the xtron pro for nes to uf2 files.

The adafruit pygamer aand other arcada boards have an nes emulator, but I do not think there is one for the meowbit. However, there are a couple nes emulators for the same processor that the meowbit uses (stm32f4) that will most likely work but I’m not sure about their compatibility.
