# Can't download pgms

Hi, new Meowbit user. When powered up, the device displays a game called Raptor Run. When I push the reset button, it simply boots into the game again. When I plug it into my Windows 10 laptop, it doesn’t show up as a drive, so I can’t install an updated bootloader nor download files to it. When I try to download games through makecode, the download fails after pairing. I tried other cables, but nothing seems to work. Am I missing something? How can I make this device usable? Thanks in advance for your help! I bought 12 of these devices for a camp, and 4 of them behave this way.
