# Can't load project

My project keeps giving me the “aw snap!” page before it loads, can anyone whose staff tell me if they can access my project? I have a way to get it back if you can’t

Did you sign in and sync your projects to the cloud? If not, you should be able to click the _View All_ link next to **My Projects** on the home page. From there, you can select multiple projects and get an option to _Download Zip_.
