The first one is how long it has been since you interacted with the forums in a way that someone else could see, for example liking a post. The second one is how many views your topics (and maybe posts too? Idk) have combined. I have never found it useful in any way besides for unhealthily comparing myself to other forum users, so I would recommend not even bothering with it.
