# CodeBuilder is not loading

Hello, I’ve been working with MEE and the CodeBuilder is not loading. It remains with the agent walking and walking, and doesn’t load.  
I’ve tried everything, from reinstalling the app until disabling the firewall. Nothing works. I’ve also installed the beta version 1.14.40 but nothing. Still doesn’t load.
