I know Iā€™m not involved in this particular competition and it might not be my place to speak on this. But, itā€™s not really fair to give your contestants a strict deadline for a ā€œFULL-OF-EFFORTā€ game when thereā€™s nothing on the line. Whatā€™s the point of a ā€œtestā€ when thereā€™s no use for the results. Plus, did you realize that 2 of your contestants are also in other competitions at the moment because you said that the tourney would start in July, and I can imagine thatā€™s pretty difficult to manage. Literally two of your contestants had to dropout because of this, it pains me to see that because I loved the idea of the Coder King since the original, itā€™s a nice thing to do while Makecode doesnā€™t have any official game-jams going. But put your self in the perspective of @randomuser, you expect to have 2 weeks to make a game and a competition you basically pre-ordered is asking you to make a game in 10 days just because. Itā€™s simply not kind to ask for such a task, I understand that some contestants are totally cleared to complete in your ā€œdiagnostic challengeā€ but maybe ask beforehand which of those players are available before making such a jump in change. @danger_kitty no no no no I didnā€™t mean that Problem is that I didnā€™t know what it is due to the screen being black. So it took me quite a while to figure out it was a music game. ---

Plus when Lucaā€™s game first came out, wellā€¦ It took me quite a while to find out what was really happening in the game due to the screen being black and my volume control being 0. Some people believe I have turned into a tyrant, I wonā€™t judge them for their opinions but they could be right. I guess I shouldā€™ve kept the original post on this thread and got rid of the repost as soon as it was accepted by Makecodeā€™s Moderators. I truly apologize for this to happen. If there is any way to fix this, please @ing me in the comments and let me know. ---
