I have some big news to share! Unfortunately, due to my life getting increasingly more busy and hard to manage with the forums as I enter my senior year of HS, CODER KING 5 will thus be the final competition and I shall retire as the host/judge of unofficial game jams (not MakeCode in general lmao). > **Some Stuff to think about** > > Its funny as well considering how every Coder King had some sort of title to go with it > CODER KING 1: The Beginning > CODER KING 2: The Sequel > CODER KING 3: LEGENDS > CODER KING 4: Next Generation So anyhow, lemme get back to the whole Coder King chase, this year shall be the 2025-2026 CODER KING (sort of planning to end during that year) and shall mark 4 years of CODER KING. Same deal as usual… The best programmers on the forums shall go head to head against each other in a series of challenges with varying themes. All the way until one reaches the title of CODER KING. **I nominate: @Jedi, @ChimbroDaPro, @WoofWoof, @Luke, @Sarge, @PixelDoodle, @TeddyB, @BlueYoshi507, @randomuser, and @InvalidProject for the massive competition**. A lot of new and old faces. If any of them denies my nomination to the competition and you want to (potentially) take their place, you can reply: I WANT to catch my attention. (I don’t really plan on doing another qualifier challenge due to some problems it caused me in the previous comp) In any case, we’re going straight into the flames with this one, featuring double eliminations, tight deadlines, and my already high expectations being raised to even higher levels of peak. I’ll release the first challenge **late July or early August of 2025** (if you’re available then), good luck to y’all! ---
