Tysm! I never expected this game to get such a good review, so this is pretty surprising! honestly, with the number of glitches I couldn’t seem to fix (mostly because I was short on time) fourth place seems pretty reasonable.

All I have to say is thank you so much for the feedback, not just for me but for EVERYONE!!! You spent the time to play through each game with such attention and it totally shows with the reviews. For me your criticism was spot on, i really wanted to have some dialogue at the end there but it was super late and i didn’t have time (i also just finished implementing the settings extension which was way more important)
If i did have some dialogue it would probably be something like this:
Western Guardian: I… I… I’ve been defeated… You are truly skilled little one.
Western Guardian: However, I also pity you. The Citadel will not be kind. You’ve earned my respect, but it will not be so easy to remove the coloured lenses that they wear.
Aziere: Can’t you help in any way?
Western Guardian: You may pass. As a Guardian I can do no more.
Aziere: Tsk … Coward.
Western Guardian: Respect is one thing. Treason is another. Farewell little one.

This dialogue, OOOOOOOOOO!!! It’s so ominous, and hints at so much more… I like how the dialogue restores some of the humanity back to the Western gaurdian, as opposed to their previously very harsh and dehumanizing language.

You are in the big leagues now, you are just a few steps away from the grand title of CODER KING/or QUEEN, but first you must get through this obstacle…

I hyped this up quite a while ago, and a lot of you actually figured the theme out really quickly. This is no surprise then (oof). Your challenge for the quarterfinals shall be nothing other than… **APOCALYPSE!!**
You shall have till **the very end of 09/09/2025 EST** to submit everything to me!
The stakes are very high, **the winner of the challenge shall automatically gain the steak, which, if you use logic, gets a free pass into the grand finale**! Also, this is a **DOUBLE ELIMINATION** round; only the top 4 shall live on.
