quiting semi half, just wanted to tell yall that . I dont wanna just leave without notice cuz i dont rly want ppl to think i died or smt like that blah blah blah the main reason im leaving is cuz i dont find myself as commited to ts than last time i might drop by from time to time but its not like imma make projects join stuffs and more. also the pressure from school work is also haunting me to the point where i cant find the time to code. this is still my hobby but i need to focus more on studies than usual. Been fun being here for almost 3 years. bye and remember this is why we MakeCode ---

“Makecode exodus” happens every year. Every year people grow up, lose interest, find themselves under too great a workload to participate, find new interests, etc, etc. It’s not a mass migration nor extinction of users, it’s a slow trickle of people leaving, often without a goodbye. It’s only when people do say goodbye that it feels as though these older members we respect so much are slipping away, and we are reminded of all the faces that moved on before them. @SoftTalker, thank you for your hello, and your goodbye. I hope you can get your school workload under control, and that you have or find some activity that brings the same joy Makecode did for so long. _ **This is why we Makecode.** _ 🫡 😌 ---

half of the internet went offline, over 2000 websites were reported as down, Commercial Flights were delayed, Games went down, Alexa’s stopped working, Pharmacies were unable to access medical records, and so much more ---
