# Could company like CodeNinjas use MakeCode Arcade for commercial purposes?

A good part of the day guys,

I was just wondering if the company that provides Coding Tutoring services use Make Code Arcade as a base for their curriculum etc. They advertise to potential franchisees that use of Microsoft Make Code Arcade curriculum, and I am not sure how ethical, or legal this is.
