# CPX Chromebook Issue

Is there a known issue with CPX connecting to Chromebooks? I am running a distance learning program, and I have received multiple reports from kids that their CPX is not connecting automatically to their Chromebook machines. Does anyone have a workaround? All these CPX are brand new and have never been connected to a device.
