# Delete Pending Posts and Topics

Recently, there have been a few posts and topics that I’ve posted that’ve taken a while to get approved. As I’ve waited for them to get approved, things have come up such as technical difficulties in games, that’ve made me want to edit or delete my pending post or topic. I was wondering if it’s possible for this to happen, since you can already see your pending posts, but can’t edit or delete them.

you can delete pending posts by going to the original topic, but you can’t delete pending topics.

@Richard I’m having an issue were I make a pending post and it gets deleted without me being notified of a rejection or anything like that. I just make a pending post and when I come back its gone. Do you know whats happening?

If that happens I’m pretty sure it just wasn’t approved.
Also you shouldn’t revive 2 year old topics.

oh yeah i have no idea. possible it was being rejected, though our moderators typically put in a reason.

Same thing happened to me. I just assumed moderation stopped writing reasons and just doing it.

yes definitely we need a way to delete/edit topics maybe if they aren’t relevant and stuff and also a way to edit posts after they’ve been posted.
