# digitalWrite on P3

I tried my best to do digitalWrite on P3 pin but not working at all. I am using Kittenbot iobit extension board.  
However, analogWrite is working fine on P3. I just need to write 1023 in my code to make it work.  
Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?
