Is there a way to import a custom image to display on the EV3 screen?

Like on the Mindstorms program you can draw an image on the screen. Is that possible with make code?

I’m thinking of implementing a similar feature in a fork of MakeCode. So that we could draw images similarly to Arcade. I think this capability already exists in Linux. But it’s not the most important task for our fork.
