Probably the easiest way is to first convert your PDF into a more normal picture format like PNG or JPG, then use something like [https://kristianpedersen.github.io/Convert-Image-to-MakeCode-Arcade-Sprite](https://kristianpedersen.github.io/Convert-Image-to-MakeCode-Arcade-Sprite) or [other tools](https://awesome-arcade.vercel.app/tools?q=image) (shameless self-promotion) to convert to MakeCode Arcade images.

He’s trying to get a sprite sheet like this
![The Legend of Zelda Link, Sprite 2D computer graphics Unity Animation, sprite, game, 3D Computer Graphics png | PNGEgg](https://e7.pngegg.com/pngimages/298/25/png-clipart-the-legend-of-zelda-link-sprite-2d-computer-graphics-unity-animation-sprite-game-3d-computer-graphics.png)
And use it for sprites
At least I would assume so…I dunno
