I think it’s mostly how lucky your are because Arcade checks the keys every 5-10 ms (confirm pls)

Yes, but I have a potato. Arcade checks the keyboard every 5-10 ms. (that might just be on hardware)
If you are lucky and press the key at the exact time, you can shave off probably 3ms?
