Perks: Reactions, Groups, Private Topics

Name: Trusted  
Account Age: 1.5+ Years  
How to Get: You need to be trusted by every mod  
Removal: Violate more than 1 rule in a month  
Perks: PMing, Instant Post

What’s the point of adding this? They don’t even use Trust Levels anymore, and I think they got rid of the old categories BECAUSE it was off-topic. However, I guess your request makes sense

While new trust levels seem nice. Giving people you don’t know very well and haven’t met in person is a bad idea and not that it would happen but would make scamming much easier with unmoderated posts.
