Added new skill upgrades

Very good, but VERY hard. Just the shmup gamplay is hard enough, but with the fuel system added, I could barely get past the second wave.

Thank you for the review, I kinda wanted it to be difficult though. I do agree it is a bit hard to get past some waves, so I may nerf it.
