# Github banning my students accounts

I have multiple students who created accounts for arcade makecode through the arcade makecode github integration. Each student who has created the account this way has immediately had there accounts suspended for breaking the EULA. Not sure what to do here as my students _just_ created the account with appropriate usernames and didnt even have time to break the EULA. When you try to contact github it requires an account to create a ticket but the accounts are all suspended so they cant create a ticket to ask why they were banned.

Please advise on what to do here.

Maybe a ban-glitch or ban-mistake? A GitHub mod/admin-bot probably accidentally banned them.
