# .hex file fail I2C with Micro:bit

I asked a tech rep. for an electronics company for a simple program to test their “Super:bit” power expansion board for I2C. She sent me a “library .hex” file. When I click on the file I get this message which confuses me. Here is the error message screen grab and the hex file: Can anyone help with this ?
