# How to copy images across projects

Hi, My kids (6 and 9) have discovered makecode arcade and are having fun making games for the meowbit. They spend quite a bit of time designing and drawing sprites but when they make a new project, they need to do it all over again as we’ve not yet found a simple way of copying sprites from one project to another (they are using browser storage … I understand how I could do it via github). I’m assuming this is possible and probably staring me in the face, but I can’t see it at the moment.  
So my question is how do we copy sprites from one project to another? What’s the general best practice?

I think the simplest way to do that is to switch to the javascript interface and to copy/paste the code made of hexa numbers.

Yup copy paste of Typescript is the way to go.

You can also clone project instead of starting new using project manager (click on My Projects).
