# I am having consistent connection issues

Some of my microbits wont work using the wire, and only work with bluetooth.
Often, it will just say ‘connected’, and then the ‘download’ wont finish, and it’ll say ‘Download file again?’
Then sometimes it wont even be able to enter pairing mode, and I’ll have to use the microbit-pair-ios.hex file to reset it.
What am i doing wrong in the process?

This actually happened to me too. Just get a lot of wires and one of them will work.
