I’m trying to make a simple horror game but I need a name selection screen , how do I do that? ---

i was verry happy when i discoverd these block 😄 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/makecode/original/2X/f/f4599426861cf90e03dbff55e9225bf5859c8a33.png) there in the gamd tab they ar verry usful, they allow you to ask the player a series of numbers or letters and you can add a limit of your choice “sorry for the french blocks” top one is (ask a numbers “” +) bottom one is (ask a series of carecters “” +) i think 😅 ---

The story extension also has a simple menu that you could use! The story extension is also nice because it’s built in to MakeCode, so if you click on the + extensions bar in your project, you can just scroll down and click on it! ---

and i did it by trial and error that’s why… i was a novice still
