Use sprite utils and an extension which rotates sprites.

```auto
jwunderl/arcade-sprite-util
```

```auto
robo-technical-group/pxt-arcade-image-transform
```

Don’t use it, the algorithm is much worse than the rotation blocks in the [scaling extension](https://github.com/jwunderl/pxt-scaling) by jwunderl

the difference is quite startling
