This game is so great already, I love pokemon 💕 (Why is my pokemon named United States of America? 0\_0) Anyway, this bug is happening because you have three ways to trigger that battle: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/makecode/original/3X/7/b/7bb2c2ebb854f08f1ffcd765d9d8c37156555f45.png) So, I started by consolidating the code into one function to make it easier to code with: ![Screenshot 2025-12-08 165954](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/makecode/original/3X/6/a/6a8bf88fafae089fd3a1a9de71b4aa5a98bd489d.png) Then I used this block to move the camera: ![Screenshot 2025-12-08 170013](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/makecode/original/3X/9/0/9029a7a32c88aa18ce0be2b1683b2f768edf3e9f.png) The reason you couldn’t see the pokemon before is because the camera was still following the player. thanks so much I was losing my mind also if ur wondering why ur pokemon is named STATES OF AMERICA is cause my mascot is named STATES OF AMERICA so I decided to put him in this game also this is not the full release it’ll come soon! ---

I’m so sorry for my lateness! [Here’s my fix,](https://arcade.makecode.com/S97019-54601-03669-52616) thank you for the reminder. The bug was likely that you have to put the blur extension blocks in a timer ‘separately do’ block, because otherwise they pause the entire game, including the visuals. ---
