These are both technically possible if you know how to use simMessages! (only in the github page ofc) check out [Extension to interact with the web in exported games](https://forum.makecode.com/t/extension-to-interact-with-the-web-in-exported-games/4262) for redirecting to other games, and you could use the pxt-websockets extension to connect to some sort of time api.

Use the clock extension.  
It’s not exactly what you’re trying to achieve but it should do.
