Hello everyone! This is my first post that I’ve done in a while, as I’ve been busy with other things.

Aside from that, I’d like to introduce a quick and simple little program I’ve made to generate a map-like picture on the screen, called Landers. I’m not sure if this has many uses, if any, but I’m still somewhat proud of it.

To start, all you do is press A, and to generate a new one, press A.

This is a very minimal program, so it should run very easily on any hardware you use.

Have fun!

It’s pretty simple once you understand. Basically, athe green pixels are programmed to be placed in different places every time you press A. Every time you press A and randomize the pixels’ places, you always get a different result.

_(Also shoutout to @Fitz for this cool game mechanism!)_

So on the first click, it makes a random pixel green.

Then it runs through all the pixels, and if one is green, it has a random 40-80% chance to make the surrounding tiles green.

It runs through all the pixels 10 times.

Yesterday I made a post about a small little program I made.

Since then I have added a pause menu, where you can change the generation settings.

You can change generation loops, minimum generation percent, and maximum generation percent.

The generation percent changes the chance for a piece of land to be generated.

The new game can be found here:
