# Lonely - Unfinished Speedrun Platformer!

ive been reading through a lot of my old posts recently (and probably set a new world record for the amount of times a human has cringed) and i lowkey miss the days where i didn’t care about quality and just posted whatever i made and thought was cool!
i also had this unfinished game that i put WAYYYYYY too much effort into that i had never posted here. So i thought, why not?

This is **LONELY!** A speedrun platformer I started late summer of 2024 and never got around to finishing! I tried WAY TOO HARD while making the songs, and effects! (@InvalidProject has even confirmed that some of these are bangers!)

Controls:
Arrow keys/WASD = Move
A = Select/Dash (off the ground)
Up arrow(2x) / W(2x) = Jump/Double jump
Down arrow/ S = Slide
Down arrow(off ground) / S (off ground) = fast fall

Also this game is _kind of_ the rough draft for [Gena!!](https://forum.makecode.com/t/gena-rpg-platformer-devlog/32960)
Now i did plan on this game to strictly be a speedrun platformer instead of the Platformer/Turn based RPG Gena!! is, BUUUUUT i may or may not have reused/rehashed a few ideas ideas and assets from this game hehe…
So heres a list if youre interested!

obviously, as the title of the post says, the game unfinished and there’s only one level (even THATS not completed lmao) so if anybody wants to reuse this for any projects they have, go ahead! I dont care!

Hah! I remember play-testing this, and I can CONFIRM! We have a great music maker, art drawer, story teller, and code creator here! I look forward to more of your work, Pixel!! I don’t care if it’s finished or not- It’s guaranteed fun, and that is what makes you special!!
