I don’t think I can create a new dimension, but I could maybe make a floating island.

Make a mod where every full moon in Zimbabwe, you must travel to the farlands exactly from world 0, 0, 0 before a old man beats you to it in 34.816 minutes, and then an additional 3.487% chance happens. If the 3.487% gets selected, a block of water will spawn at the 128-integer limit. This block will have the same entity data as pi, and if you can enter the 64-bit integer limit of pi, you maybe teleported to a random block. If this block is a Water block, the old man comes again, and freezes your screen. If you run a exploit client to get a dirt block, he will instantly crash your computer. If you can correctly read a random QR code in under 4.862 seconds, you get +2 social credit.
