# Makecode Arcade game simulator gone and asking for reset?

The game simulator screen is just straight up gone. In its place is the word reset but it can’t be clicked. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? We have tried refreshing the page and clearing cache. This is on a chromebook and we have used them before but now it is not.

Hi @dlarsen. If you’re accessing MakeCode from school, it is possible one of our domains is getting blocked. Here is a page that tests essential domain access:
