# Makecode Arcade refuses to open

Recently, I found some music player for makecode that stores sound in large heap files in the code editor. That’s when I found out that it was too much for makecode to handle. So I tried to delete it (i believe it might be), and now makecode refuses to open.

This is what happened to my old account it never reopened when I got this ‘Out of memory’ error. I don’t know how to fix it sorry.

weirdly enough, it loads fine on my phone

Try clearing browser cache/cookies then. This could delete any data saved with the settings extension in projects, so high scores for example, but it might fix the issue, especially if it loads fine on your phone which probably means that the project successfully deleted.

ok so uh, i cleared cache and cookies, and then it started failing AGAIN. and now when i clean it, nothing happens.

(Additionally, it lets me view on it google chrome, so I’m guessing that this is an opera problem. Also I use GX if that changes anything)
