I had the same error! This was at school when I was using safari. Maybe our schools blocked a server? ---

I noticed this as well. It worked fine offline, when I turned off the internet it loaded very fast (from cached data) but with the internet on it wouldn’t stop loading. It got fixed a bit later though. ---

well the think is im homeschooled so it couldn’t have been blocked, i think it was a problem on makecode’s end ---

Hi all, thanks for reporting this. Yesterday between the hours of 5-6pm Pacific time, we experienced an unplanned outage which took down all of our sites (Arcade, micro:bit, and Minecraft Edu). For some users, the local cache was working, so not everyone was impacted. The cause of this outage was a redis cache failure. We mobilized immediately to clear the cache and restore usage within an hour of the failure, and we’re creating a set of remediation actions going forward to help mitigate these types of outages. It should be resolved now. If you see any more issues like this, please be sure to let us know! ---
