Never had maple syrup, only the generic stuff you find at like Walmart (hopefully I can try some there someday.)

Also @darkflufyy, through my ongoing research into the land of Canada, I’ve discovered that what you guys call “Rockets” are “Smarties” in the states (kind of funny considering Rockets sounds a LOT like something an American candy would be called.)

And then I ALSO realized that y’all already have a candy named Smarties (they remind me of M&Ms here), but I guess Nestlé took the rights to the name before Tootsie could.

Something else I find funny is that snack packaging anywhere else in the world looks so boring in comparison to the US (I’m talking to YOU AUSTRALIA :index_pointing_at_the_viewer::kangaroo: @Archer_Bright . I know one piece of American candy may have 50x the healthy amount of daily sugar intake, but CHEEKIES MATE???)

I’ve lived in both places and can confirm, Rockets are Smarties! But NEVER would I even think to call canadian Smarties MnM’s. MnM’s have a nice, thin candy shell just to keep the candy in, but Smarties? No, its thick candy, and not very tasty. They also tase much more chemically.
There are two things I wished Canada had that America has to eat: Actual MnM’s, and American cheese.. (I don’t even care it’s not real cheese, ITS TOO GOOD!)

Yeah, I’ve heard a lot of American candies copied names. Pretty stupid, so that’s why we caused the wildfires on New York… Muahahahahaha :smiling_imp:
