Every time I try to open makecode (not the editor, just the website) it takes super long to load. How do I fix this? ---

I would suggest checking [this (reachable Makecode domains)](https://arcade.makecode.com/domains), or restarting your device. ---

few questions to narrow down, besides the domains mentioned: - are you currently logged in? - does opening in a private browsing / incognito window take as long? ---

btw, should probably say this but having YouTube open while playing audio makes Makecode take ~3 times more longer to load ---

I’m having the same problem! In private browsing, it loads instantly, while in normal browsing, it takes extremely long. I am signed in whenever I go to [arcade.makecode.com](http://arcade.makecode.com/), I get stuck with the loading screen: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/makecode/original/3X/e/6/e6e7f48a6cb3d37bd34b842b74a44ca215eea581.png) Sometimes, it takes so long to wait that I don’t think it is loading at all. I even restarted my device multiple times, and it still prevailed.
