we should get an order of who is gonna work on the game after someone finishes: like 1. a coder to start doing the things, then an artist to do enemies and things, then another coder to do more coding things and finish the things, then another artist to do things like menu art or anything like that, then the musician to do the music and finally the animators (or maybe first animators and finally musicians). or another order but i really think we need to order, unless everybody does anything at any point.
