# Maybe add the ability for people to delete their own posts?

if you’re anything like me, you’ve been in this exact situation before. lets say you make a new, improved version of a game that sucked compared to it, and you want the old version deleted. you cant delete it. all the delete button does is pull up a prompt asking you to flag it first. so, i propose a plan.i understand that your having troubles with people wanting to delete other people’s posts, so you made it so that no topic can be deleted without first being flagged for moderator attention. but, how about making it so that people can delete their own posts all they want, but its only other people’s posts that need to be flagged first? i dont care whether you approve this or not. you could approve it, reply to it directly, deny it, whatever, i just wanna get my point across. this is directed at the mods, but it has some stuff in it thats pretty general in the case of this being approved. you do you.

Yes, PLEASE… it’s just too basic, it needs to be added! …But this topic won’t work, it’s discourse’s problem, not MakeCode’s.
