There is a long topic about an extension that does this: [Keyboard/mouse input extension](https://forum.makecode.com/t/keyboard-mouse-input-extension/5988) But using it is complicated and it’s not as simple as just adding the extension to your project. If you wait a bit, the new arcade version that’s supposed to be coming out sometime this month is going to have “browser events” that will allow you to use the mouse! So I would just wait until that comes out.
